Air blast freezing

For most of our storage and warehousing facilities we are using air blast freezing as a main method to maintain temperature at needed level. Temperature range is from -18 till -36 degrees C.

Process: forced air freezer is an improved version of cold storage because it runs convection to circulate cold air around the freezing room. Freezers use still or forced air as a medium and the product is kept static in freezing storage rooms.

Benefits of air blast freezing method:

  • Suitable for almost any type of food
  • Trolleys and racks can be replaced and moved around
  • Large capacity and storage space with easy access

Product examples: vegetables, fruits, seafood, meat

Production capacity: up to 10 000 kg / hr.  (22 040 lbs/h)
